19 of July 2009, Hsieh Ni, Shanna, Kelvin and I worked as volunteer for Cancer Research in Hyde Park. 3 of them were working at finishing area. I worked as Marshal. I am Marshal 36, LSC. The weather was not very good in the morning. It was raining before the marathon start. Luckily, the rain stoped after awhile, thanks God.
My duty on that day was standing in my position, waiting the runners pass by and give them support.
"You are almost there, only 2km leave."
"You are getting closer and closer, 2km.. just 2 km."
"Well done!"
"Keep it on... Keep it on..."
"You can do it."
"Run... Run.. Run..."
"There are teas and cakes at the end."
"Toilets at the end."
etc ... etc... etc....
Seriously, I am not sure is that any free teas or cakes at the ending point or not, I just wanted to cheer up you all, please forgive e if there is not!
There are so many runners passed by. However, I really impressed by the last 3 runners. Feeling touch inside my heart when the moment I saw them. These 3 old ladies, which is one with wheel chair, and the others two walking slowly with their walking stick. They are joking and laughing all the way down. 3 happy angels, race for their happy life. God, please bless them... let them stay happy forever.

They race for life for their nanny, grandma, mom ....
What and who you will race for???

The marathon organised by Cancer Research UK.
